Pet Travel. Made Easy.

We’re BarkWorld Bound!

Thank you to Kim Clune for the image!

BarkWorld is just over a month away, and things are getting exciting! The logistics are taken care of – the hotel is booked, parking for the Winnebago has been arranged, and Rod will be taking care of the dogs while I’m buzzing around the conference.

With those details squared away, there’s time to think about the fun stuff … like what I’m wearing to the costume party! (Something really good is in the works – and I assure you there will be pictures!) I’m also brushing up on my Pet Food Network Stars skills, because Kim and I are taking our show live! We’re doing two cooking demonstrations, whipping up tasty and nutritious treats for cats and dogs inspired by The Honest Kitchen! And I’m concocting some new postcards (goes with the travel theme, right?!?) that I’m hoping will osmose to the brand representatives that I meet what we’re about and lead to some new relationships.

Last, but certainly not least, I’m working on the presentation I’ll be making with Joanne McGonagle of The Tiniest Tiger, called “Finding and Keeping Sponsors.” Now, this is not my first public speaking event … but I have to tell you, I’m a little nervous. After all, there will be  more than 300 pet-loving bloggers and social media pet-repreneurs there! We only have an hour, so this presentation has to be spot-on if we’re going to impress them.

We have the outline put together, and I’ve love to get your feedback:

Am I missing anything? Are there things here you already know and don’t need to have us cover? Please, don’t hold back.

Finally, are you going to BarkWorld? Leave a comment so I know to look for you at the conference!
